    <description>This funding program enables collaborations involving professional artists, arts companies with Victorian communities. &lt;br/&gt;There are two funding categories, New Work and Residencies. &lt;br/&gt;Funding for New Work is between &lt;strong&gt;$5,000 &lt;/strong&gt;and &lt;strong&gt;$40,000&lt;/strong&gt; and proposals must demonstrate a collaborative relationship between the artists and a defined community group. &lt;br/&gt;Funding for Residencies is between &lt;strong&gt;$15,000&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;$60,000&lt;/strong&gt; and provides funding for an artist, group of artists or arts company,  to undertake residencies in partnership with a community body. There are two funding rounds per year closing on March 1st and August 15th.</description>
