Premium Access Subscriptions
There are many benefits with YARP's Premium Access. Universities, Colleges, private schools and public libraries are our principle customers; however individual artists can also subscribe. Once signed up and logged in, the YARP website gives you access to the following features and benefits:
Monthly Emailed Prize Digest. Receive a monthly digest of prizes, grants and funds added to the database. Customise your digest with filters for state and cash only prizes.
Unlimited Results. Free searches are limited to 30 results. Subscribers have no such limitation.
Access to full prize records. Links to prize website/webpage and application forms if available. Also includes records for organisations, venues, and the primary contacts' details. Additional prize criteria such as medium and genre displays as well.
Premium search filters. Additional search filters display on our advanced search page that allows you to filter results by entry closing month, medium, genre, and prizes with valid webpages to visit.
Premium Details. Subscribers are shown many more details about a prize when viewing records:-
- Organisation & Primary Contact
- Venue & Primary Contact
- Mediums
- Genres
- State
Since organisations and venues can have associations with many prizes, Subscribers can also see these related prizes.
My Prizes. My Prizes is a new feature for individual subscribers scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2009. My Prizes gives you a fully customisable calendar organiser based on prizes you elect to enter. Your calendar provides email alerts, To-Do lists and downloadable application forms. Many other features will be available and existing Subscribers will receive a discount when signing up for a My Prizes account.
Subscription Sign Up
You can subscribe in just a few minutes. With a valid email address, a welcome email with access details is sent as soon as you select a payment method. An invoice is also sent in case you decide not to make payment straight away using PayPal's facilities. Simply print and mail in payment via *bank cheque or direct credit (*Personal cheques not accepted).
Group subscriptions receive a different welcome email. Effectively, the group subscriber
receives two accounts with Premium Access; the subscriber and a group logon account.
The group logon details in the welcome email includes a simple web form that can be
pasted into a webpage on your intranet or network, as long as there's no public access,
for your users to logon.
As soon as payment is confirmed, an email notification arrives to inform you that Premium Access is active for your subscription. The next time you, or your group users, logon, Premium Access features will be fully available.
